Document Organizer Deluxe - Document Organizer Deluxe is a flexible document management management software for Windows users. Our document management database solution gives you an easy way to gather and organize information about all your documents: document title, document title, category, type, author, institution, keywords, subject, storage place, notes, and more. You can start using our software with the database solutions included in the software package. If the database template already created is not exactly what you are looking for you can easily create a new one with the Designer. Flexible search engine finds any keyword or phrase in your document database. Sort your entries on any field, e.g. on document title, author, category, ....You can create new entries from predefined templates, copy/paste similar records within the same database, copy records from another database. Report wizard lets you create reports, summaries, and more. You can save settings to a template for future reuse. Print Label Wizard lets you print selected fields on any label. There is no limit on the number of document records you can add and the number of databases you can manage. Each member of your organization can have separate accounts with unique document database solutions. Program is network compatible. Im am testing Document organizer in a Multi-User environment. I have followed the instructions to set up a database as Supervisor (public database) However, changes made as User1 are not seen by User2 etc. Somehow I do something wrong. It seems that the changes (added records are stored locally and not Public. Can you give me a hint how to change this ?
